Hope is a life-giving force. For those struggling in the dark, don’t ever lose sight of it. It’s what will bring you home, back into the world of light.

How I can help you
I am a person-centred psychotherapist and counsellor based in west London. Person-centred therapy is an empowering form of therapy which radically moves away from the belief that the therapist is the expert on your life. Our belief is it is the client who has, deep within themselves, the resources to overcome the difficulties they face. However, challenging circumstances can be so distressing that we lose faith in who we are, and in our judgement. We can feel overwhelmed, lost and stuck, unable to see any hope or path forward. This is when person-centred therapy can be so beneficial. I can help you make sense of your experience, where you are right now, and guide you towards where you’d like to be in the future.
Working with you
I offer in-person or online sessions, depending on your preference. Sessions are for 50 minutes. I work at The Grove Neighbourhood Centre in Hammersmith, London W6, a small community hub on the outskirts of Brackenbury Village.
It can be daunting approaching a therapist and it is important to find somebody that you feel comfortable with. I offer a free 15-minute online zoom session to see if I might be the right fit for you and to answer any questions you might have about the process.
